allegations of breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and other
commercial damages claims. He has also conducted market research studies
in a number of industries, employing qualitative choice models and
marketing surveying tools. Mr. Dippon has extensive testimonial experience
and has consulted to clients in the U.S., Japan, Hong Kong, UK,
China, Brazil, Singapore, Dominican Republic, Korea, and Australia. He is
a frequent lecturer on the application of rigorous economic techniques for
intellectual property damages estimation and on telecommunications
