In intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, he advises his clients on calculating economic damages in cases of intellectual property infringement, allegations of breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and other commercial damages claims. He has also conducted market research studies in a number of industries, employing qualitative choice models and marketing surveying tools. Mr. Dippon has extensive testimonial experience and has consulted to clients in the U.S., Japan, Hong Kong, UK, China, Brazil, Singapore, Dominican Republic, Korea, and Australia. He is a frequent lecturer on the application of rigorous economic techniques for intellectual property damages estimation and on telecommunications issues. He has also published several papers on a range of competition issues and has authored a chapter in an Internet marketing textbook.
