Dr. Korenko has valued intellectual property and businesses, conducted
transfer pricing analyses, evaluated and prepared damages calculations in
intellectual property, antitrust, and contract disputes, prepared public
policy studies, and analyzed competitive issues. He has valued intellectual
property and prepared damage estimates for companies in numerous
industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, computers, industrial
equipment, health care services, and consumer goods. His transfer pricing
work has used economic, accounting, financial, and statistical analyses to
identify arm’s-length prices consistent with U.S. and foreign tax guidelines
for intangible property, tangible property, and services. Prior to joining
NERA, Dr. Korenko was an Assistant Professor of Business and
Economics at Meredith College and an Instructor at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has published articles in the Journal of
World Intellectual Property, Tax Notes International, International Transfer
Pricing Journal, and Transfer Pricing Report and has served as a referee for
The Energy Journal.
