Ms. Sepetys specializes in economic policy and analysis consulting across various practice areas and industry sectors. She has worked with governments, utilities, associations, and regulatory bodies to develop and implement restructuring programs designed to introduce greater levels of competition in the electric and gas sectors in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. Sepetys is the co-author of Restructuring Electricity Markets: A World Perspective and has published many articles addressing related topics. She has lived in Hong Kong and Taiwan and has studied classical, literary, and modern vernacular Mandarin Chinese at Harvard University.
