Ms. Kakihara has extensive experience analyzing damages in intellectual
property litigation. She received her BA in economics and BS in computer
science from Stanford University. Prior to joining NERA, Ms. Kakihara
was a research assistant in the Stanford Economics Department and at
the Stanford Law School. She has also served as a consultant in the information
technology field.
