Dr. Lee’s areas of expertise include intellectual property, antitrust and
competition policy, and market design. She provides litigation support
related to the competitive effects of mergers, price fixing conspiracies,
price discrimination, attempted monopolization, and commercial disputes.
She has conducted economic analyses for a range of industries,
including pharmaceuticals, health insurance, gas and oil distribution, and
financial products. Before joining NERA, Dr. Lee served as an Assistant
Professor of Economics at Florida State University, where she taught
undergraduate and doctoral-level courses in microeconomic theory and
mathematical economics and spoke frequently on game theory and computational
economics topics.
