Dr. Juneja directs projects chiefly in the areas of finance, securities economics, and valuation. She has been retained on hundreds of securities and financial valuation matters involving securities fraud claims, valuation of restricted or illiquid stock, derivative actions, stock repurchases, insider trading, manipulation, churning and suitability, ERISA related claims, market timing, fund advisor fee structures, and valuation of businesses and financial assets. Many of these projects have involved the measurement of the impact of an event on a security’s value, such as the impact of a patent infringement claim on a company’s stock price. Dr. Juneja has testified and submitted affidavit and expert report testimony in federal district court proceedings and in hearings including arbitrations. She is also an arbitrator for the NASD. While completing her doctorate in economics at Harvard University, she participated in teaching courses in microeconomics and the economics of business and government.
